Beautiful designs

These designs are wonderful, they stitch out great. But what is absolutely HORRIBLE is your service. I’ve called a few numbers, sent emails etc and I get no help whatsoever ever. I couldn’t get the designs at first. Then I finally got them but I couldn’t open my file. It would say that there’s no such account, so I would try and make a new one and then they’d tell me that my email address is already being used. Then I would try to change my email and I’d set the no account to do it again. Or if would allow me to go threw the motions. But I’d never get a return email
From you to change anything. A viscous cycle with NO ASSISTANCE WHATS SO EVER FROM LORALIE DESIGNS. IM still waiting today to hear from you guys.
